The Facilities Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Buffalo County Facilities OMP department, reports directly to the Facilities Director, and assists other department personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities. The Admin Assistant will perform written record keeping and documentation, including computer documentations, answer phone and email contacts, and assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, contracts, invoicing, and receipt of funds for the use of Buffalo County rental facilities and camping fees. The Admin Assistant will assist the Facilities Director with managing the departmental budget, including processing of claims and payroll.
